of the
WOLF CREEK ROD & GUN CLUB
INCORPORATED
CONSTITUTION
​
ARTICLE I- NAME
​
SECTION 1
The name of this club shall be the “Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club INC.” Situated in Dayton, Ohio, in the county of Montgomery. The corporation shall be referred to as “the club” hereinafter for the purposes of brevity.
​
ARTICLE II- PURPOSE
​
SECTION 1.
The intent and purpose of this club shall be to teach and encourage finer sportsmanship and techniques in angling and hunting, to conserve and restore wildlife, to promote and protect the interests of sportsmen and women of the Miami Valley. Including the presentation of hunting/angling safety programs, contributions to various charitable organizations for the preservation of wildlife, and to perform other charitable acts for and on behalf of angling and hunting. Also including the building, leasing, and owning real estate. To give aid in the matter of legislation, enforcement and assist in the restoration of conservation affairs.

SECTION 2
To have meetings where club members may gather in a friendly, social environment to disseminate their business knowledge to the best interests of the club. Furthermore, the charitable and non-profit purpose of the club.
BYLAWS
​
ARTICLE III- MEMBERSHIP
​
SECTION 1
The membership of the club shall not exceed 250 active members. This shall not include members of the “Honor Roll”. If the number of applicants exceeds this number, the excess applicants shall be placed on a waiting list, not to exceed 25 applicants, until such time that a vacancy occurs. They will be issued a guest card, which will permit them to enjoy the privileges of the club by signing the guest register upon each visit to the club. Waiting list applicants shall not be permitted to attend meetings and will not have voting rights.

SECTION 2
All applicants for membership must be citizens of the United States of America of good character and at least 21 years of age.
​
SECTION 3
No person shall be accepted as a member of this club who is directly or indirectly a member of or in any way associated with any organization which believes in the overthrow of the United States government by force.
​
SECTION 4
All applications must be signed by two (2) members in good standing for at least one (1) year or more. All applicants must be approved by the membership screening committee. No member shall sign for more than two (2) applicants in a twelve (12) month period. The screening committee is responsible for screening all applicants for admission to the club and reporting their findings to the Vice President. All applications shall be accompanied by a payment in the amount of which is determined by the board. Applications and fees shall be presented to the Vice President.

SECTION 5
Annual dues become payable starting November 1st and are due by December 31st. No member shall pay more than two (2) years in advance. The secretary shall notify delinquent members no later than January 10th that their names will be removed from the club membership roster on February 1st if their dues are not received by that time. The reinstatement fee will be the same as new membership.

SECTION 6
Any member may challenge, at any time, another member’s right to vote on any motion. Providing that there is some doubt as to the status of the members’ right to vote.
​
SECTION 7
Any member that has been a member for fifteen (15) years consecutively and is sixty (60) years of age or older; or has been a member for twenty (20) years consecutively, shall be regarded as an “Honorary member”. The dues for honorary members shall be $20.00 annually regardless of any increase in club dues.

SECTION 8
All new members shall be sworn in by taking the “Obligation oath” which is printed on the last pages of this booklet.
​
SECTION 9
All new members are voted in during a regular membership meeting under new members section of the meeting and in accordance with “Robert’s Rules of Order” by motion of the quorum and following vote. The vote must have at least 67 percent of the members present at the meeting. All new members are automatically placed on a one (1) year probationary period and may be expelled from the club for any violation of the constitution, by-laws, or rules and regulations of the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club.
ARTICLE IV- MEETINGS

SECTION 1
There shall be a meeting held regularly on the 3rd Tuesday of each month for all members in good standing. This shall be known as a membership meeting. There shall be a meeting held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for Trustees, officers, and any other elected positions. This shall be known as a board meeting. The President of the club shall have the power to call a special meeting of either the membership or the board with cause to do so. The Chairman of the board shall have the power to call a special Board meeting with cause to do so. All meetings should be conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order.

SECTION 2
The regular meeting time for members and for the board of trustees shall be at 6:30PM. At any time, when required, meeting time and/or date may be changed for the following reasons and under the following conditions:

It was voted on by the quorum of the previous meeting.

All effected members be notified via club newsletter or other means of communication.
-
The change in meeting time/date is done out of convenience due to conflicting scheduling within the club and/or membership.

SECTION 3
Social events may be held at the discretion of the President and/or officers of the club. The event held shall be respectable in nature. Vulgarity and indecent conduct shall not be permitted. Any member committing acts of vulgarity or indecent conduct shall be subject to discipline, suspension, or expulsion from the club. Every member shall be responsible for their guests. The members in charge of the social event shall be held responsible to the club for proper conduct therein.

ARTICLE V- CLUBHOUSE
​
SECTION 1
The club may establish and maintain a club house for the social enjoyment of its members, bearing the name of the club.
​
SECTION 2
Every member of the club, in good standing, of the club shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of the club house and its grounds.
​
SECTION 3
The established club house shall be managed, supervised, and controlled by the board of trustees. The board of trustees shall have the power to discipline, suspend, or expel any member violating the constitution, by-laws, or rules and regulations by a majority vote of the board of trustees. Decisions by the board can be appealed and overridden by a 2/3 vote of the membership at a membership meeting.

SECTION 4
The board of trustees, before acquiring property for, or constructing a club house, making substantial additions/improvements/alterations of said property, mortgaging, financing, selling, or exchanging its property shall furnish the members of the club satisfactory evidence that it will have equity in such property upon completion of purchase, construction, or alterations.
ARTICLE VI- ELECTED OFFICERS; TERMS AND DUTIES

SECTION 1- OFFICERS OF THE CLUB
The elected officers of the club and terms shall be as follows:

President- one (1) year term

Vice President- one (1) year term
-
Secretary- two (2) year term
-
Treasurer- two (2) year term
In addition to the officers of the club, there shall be nine (9) members of the board of trustees that shall have their positions for a term of three (3) years. Each year there shall be an election for three (3) of the positions on the board.

SECTION 2- PRESIDENT
Duties of the President:
-
Serve as the chief executive of the club.
-
To preside over all regular meetings of the club
-
To call a special meeting of the members of the club when:
-
A request is made in writing by ten (10) members of the club.
-
It is in the best interest of the club by the President’s judgement
-
-
To call a special meeting of the board of trustees
-
To appoint all committees for the club
-
To appoint/remove members to said committee
-
-
To be the ex officio member of all committees
-
General supervision over all matters pertaining to the good of the club
-
See that harmony is preserved and the laws of the club are enforced
-
To perform other such duties that may be dictated by future bylaws or amendments
The President may dismiss and replace any chairman or member of any committee who is not contributing his efforts towards the advancement of the club. The President can not make a motion nor vote on any motion at any meeting unless the vote ends in a tie. At which time the President can choose to cast the deciding vote on the motion or table the motion for the following meeting to be presented again to the quorum for another vote.

SECTION 3- VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice-President shall assume all the duties of the President in the event of his absence. The Vice-President shall also perform duties assigned to him by the President or by vote of the members. In addition to this the Vice President shall:

Be the active chairman of the membership screening committee.
-
Shall appoint two (2) members to serve with him for one (1) year
-
The appointed members shall be unknown to the membership
-
-
Report on the findings of the screening committee to the members at the regular membership meeting on whether the applicant has or has not been approved for a vote to be admitted to the club
-
Make a report on all initiation fees collected monthly
All applications shall be given to the Vice President. All application fees shall be collected by the Vice President and turned in with the Vice President’s monthly report to the treasurer taking the treasurer’s receipt for the same.
SECTION 4- SECRETARY
Duties of the secretary shall consist of:
-
Keeping correct minutes of club meetings
-
Keep correct accounts between the club and its members
-
Copy reports in the minutes
-
Handle general and special correspondence of said club
-
Present all communications received by him at the next meeting
-
After first presenting the same to the President
-
-
Keep copies of all communications on file either sent or received by the club
-
Accept, record and file all completed copies of applications from the chairman of the screening committee for club files.
-
Attend to all duties that may be legally imposed on the secretary by the club that may pertain to the office of the secretary.
-
Shall have charge of any records of the club except for the treasury records
-
Keep the membership file up to date
-
Collect and record all membership fees and dues
-
Issue membership cards to all members whose dues are paid
-
Send written notice to all members in arrears for dues
-
Make a report on all annual dues and fees collected and turn in the report and all monies collected to the treasurer taking the treasurer’s receipt for the same
It shall be the duty of the secretary to provide ten (10) days’ written notice to the entire membership with the details of any proposition to sell, purchase, exchange, finance, or make substantial alterations to the clubhouse or club property before a vote can be held on such proposition. The secretary shall present a written report on the transactions of the office of the secretary semi-annually in the months of January and July. The secretary shall also see that the articles of incorporation, constitution and bylaws of the club be filed (as notice to the public when state law permits or requires such recording and filing). Upon retirement or replacement of the elected secretary, all books, documents, electronic filings, and other property put in charge of the secretary shall be delivered to their successor. The secretary shall keep two (2) sets of records for all club meetings. One set shall be kept at the club at all times. The second set can remain with the secretary. The secretary of the club shall act as their own secretary and treasurer. The secretary shall have the right to purchase any supplies that are needed to operate their office.
SECTION 5- TREASURER
Duties of the treasurer shall include:

Be the custodian of the club’s funds in any form including that of the secretary’s office
-
Excluding funds that are recommended to be managed by another party as requested by the party issuing the funds. Such funds will only then be monitored and recorded by the treasurer.

Handle the funds of all committees
-
Give receipts of records and transactions between the committee
-
-
Keep records of all funds received and the source of the funds
-
Keep accurate records of all the club’s assets, debts, and liabilities
-
Report at each regular meeting:
-
Balance carried forward
-
Funds received
-
Bills paid
-
Balance in bank accounts and assets
-
Depreciation of all liabilities
-
-
Present a copy of financial report to the secretary to be filed.
-
Pay bills approved by the board of trustees
-
Operating expenses excluded
-
All authorized bills against the club shall be paid by method approved by the board. If at any time the board has not specified a method in which to pay an authorized bill, it shall be paid by voucher check system. All checks in payments of bills shall be signed by the treasurer. In the absence of the treasurer, all checks shall be signed by the chairman of the board of trustees. Whenever the amount of unappropriated cash in the treasurer’s possession exceeds $5,000 dollars, the treasurer shall notify the chairman of the board of trustees. The treasurer, at all such times as the club or the president requires, present for examination all books, papers, vouchers, that may be necessary to conduct a proper audit of the treasurer’s records. There shall be a regular audit of the treasurer’s books twice (2) a year on June 1st and December 1st of each year. The treasurer shall perform such other duties as required by the club that are compatible with the treasurer’s office.
SECTION 6- DUTIES OF THE TRUSTEES
The board of trustees shall consist of nine (9) elected trustees. The board of trustees and the officers of the club at the discretion of either the President of the club or the chairman of the board of trustees shall meet at a time and place to be fixed to formulate any plans of legislation or in the appointment of important standing committees. Any decision regarding any appointment shall then be submitted to the members at the regular membership meeting for approval which shall be a majority vote. The board of trustees after being sworn in following each annual elections shall meet and organize the election of a chairman and vice chairman of the board. Said board of trustees shall have the following powers:

Subject to control of the club
-
Act as custodian of all property of the club
-
Have control of the funds, investments, and property of the club as provided by law
-
Receive and collect all income and/or rent from said property and pay the same to the treasurer.
-
Execute all leases, contracts, or other papers necessary to conduct the business of the club in accordance with the bylaws.
-
Employ all help and fix all salaries if compatible with their duties.
-
Hold one (1) regular, full board meeting monthly for approval of all bills against the club.
-
Hold special meetings subject to the call of the chairman of the board or the President of the club as may be required for the fulfillment of their duties
-
Present a written report of their transactions semi-annually at the first regular membership meetings in June and December
-
Present at the regular membership meeting in March a segregated budget for each of the projects for which the club must or may provide out of the monies known to be in possession of the club or estimated to be brought into the club.
Said budget either in its original or modified form must be adopted at the first meeting of the calendar year or the next following regular membership meeting. After the annual budget has been adopted, all expenditures by the club during said year must be within the approved budget appropriations therein. Any expense, donation, or gift that is presented at a regular meeting and not provided for in the budget shall be referred to the board of trustees for their consideration. Any of these items referred to the board of trustees must lay over until the next board meeting for board consideration and vote and there shall be no variation of this rule. The budget should include an item for contingent purposes to cover unforeseen emergencies of the club. Funds from the contingency section of the budget may be appropriated from a 66% (two-thirds) or greater vote of the members present at a regular membership meeting. The contingency fund shall be set for a term of one (1) year, at which the budget for the fund shall be reformed in the following year’s budget.

ARTICLE VII- ELIGIBILITY FOR HOLDING OFFICE
​
SECTION 1
To be eligible to be nominated for, elected to, or hold office the nominee must be a member in good standing, as described in Article VII, Section 2, for a minimum of one (1) year. Any member accepting a nomination for office shall signify either in writing or at the regular membership meeting their willingness to serve if elected.
​
SECTION 2
A member in “good standing” in order to run for, be elected to, or hold an office shall be defined as:

A member who has paid their dues for the current year.
-
A member who has not received a written reprimand within the last year (365 days).
-
A member who has not received a suspension from the club for a period of five (5) years.
-
A member who has not been placed on probation within the last year (365 days)
-
A member that does not have a felony record.
​
ARTICLE VIII – NOMINATION, ELECTION, INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF OFFICERS.
​
SECTION 1
At the first meeting in October of each year, two (2) nominating committees of three members each shall be named. One committee to be known as the “Green nominating committee”, to be appointed by the President. The other committee shall be known as “Blue nominating committee”, to be selected by members of the club at the regular membership meeting.
​
SECTION 2
These committees will report on their signed list of candidates for the respective offices at the first meeting in November. In addition to the above nominations for office, nominations may be made from the floor of the November meeting by any member in “good standing”.
​
SECTION 3
No member, unless nominated in accordance with article VIII section 2, shall be eligible for election. There shall be no write in votes.
​
SECTION 4
It shall be the duty of the secretary to determine if all members running for office have met the stipulations set forth in the previous sections.
​
SECTION 5
The annual election of officers shall be held during the first regular membership meeting in December. Elected officers shall assume their duties on January 1st.
​
SECTION 6
At all elections, the President and/or Vice President shall be present and preside over the election. The President will appoint a member in good standing to act as the presiding judge. The chairman of each nominating committee shall serve as a judge in the counting of the ballots or will appoint someone to serve in their place. The chairman of the committee shall appoint two (2) additional members to act as tellers to receive, sort, and count the votes.
The election shall go as follows:

Shall be by printed ballot
-
All ballot boxes shall be in full view of all members in attendance.
-
Ballots must be uniform in size, shape, and color.
-
Ballots shall contain:
-
Title of each office to be filled
-
Beneath the title the names of nominees running for office
-
A blank space for any office with no nominations.
-
-
Each member voting shall indicate their choice by placing an “X” opposite the name of each candidate voted for.
-
The casting of each ballot shall be secret and without assistance. Except in the case of a physical disability. In which case a physically disabled member will have suitable arrangement made by the club to cast their vote.
-
Absentee ballot:
-
Request for absentee ballot must be made in writing.
-
Must be sent out by the secretary in an envelope marked “Official ballot enclosed”, with a preprinted envelope enclosed for the member to mail the ballot back in.
-
Preprinted envelope will have the club’s name and address on it and marked “Official ballot enclosed”.
-
All absentee ballots are to be opened by the secretary in the presence of the President, Vice President, and/or presiding judge.
-
-
No ballot shall be cast or counted other than the ones provided by the secretary.
-
After all members in good standing at the meeting have voted and all available absentee ballots have been recorded, the election shall be declared closed.
Once the election has been declared closed, the tellers shall examine each ballot individually and pass the same to their associate who shall read the name or names on the ballot. The secretary shall record and tally each vote. From the secretary’s tally, the President or Vice President shall announce to the club the results of the tally and declare the candidate receiving the majority of the votes cast as the winner and duly elected. Any member wishing to vote must be a member in good standing and current with their dues.

SECTION 7
An elected officer may present their resignation at any regular membership or board meeting. Should an officer, without good cause, fail to present themselves for installation or at a regular meeting within sixty-two (62) days, the President shall declare that office vacant. Any elected officer of the club who is not present for three (3) consecutive meetings without a valid excuse, or who neglects the duty of their office, can be removed from office by two thirds (66%) of the vote of members present at a regular membership meeting. Any regular or board member can report to the board regarding an officer’s performance. The board of trustees may also remove an officer or trustee from the board by 2/3 vote of the board, unless the officer in question requests a trial. If an officer is convicted by the board of any offense, he/she shall be removed from office, and the President shall appoint another member/officer to fill the vacant office until an election can be held.

SECTION 8
Whenever an office becomes vacant for any reason whatsoever, or whenever any new or additional office is created, the President shall order an election to fill said vacancy. Said election shall take place at the following regular membership meeting. Nominations for said order must be made at the meeting when the election is ordered. Any member elected to fill a vacated position, the expiration term shall be the original expiration term for the vacancy filled. All members must be notified of any election by means of writing, newsletter, email, and/or bulletin board.

ARTICLE IX – COMMITTEES
​
SECTION 1
It may be optional for the President to appoint a chairman of a committee. It shall be up to the chairman of the committee to appoint any additional members of the committee. Each committee shall consist of a minimum of three (3) members, excluding the President. The President shall be an ex officio member of all committees. When more than three (3) members constitute a committee, the first named shall be the temporary chairman until such time that the members of the committee shall elect a chairman of said committee, if the President does not appoint a chairman.

SECTION 2- BAR MANAGER
Established committees for normal operations of the club consist of:

Bar manager-
-
Shall be appointed the first meeting in January by the board of trustees
-
Shall interview and screen all applicants that apply for a bartending position.
-
Make recommendations on personnel and price changes to the board of trustees.
-
has the right to fill any vacancy for the bar staff on a temporary basis pending board approval.
-
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the bar.
-
Give a complete monthly report in writing of bar operations/finances. Said report shall be filed by the secretary.
-
SECTION 3- AUDITING COMMITTEE
At the next month following the President’s installation, the President shall appoint an auditing committee
-
Committee shall consist of not less than three (3) members.
-
Committee members shall hold said title/office for one (1) year.
-
Secretary and treasurer are ineligible for positions on auditing committee
-
Committee shall audit, approve or disapprove:
-
Accounts of the treasurer
-
Accounts of the secretary
-
Accounts of the board of trustees
-
Accounts of officers of the club
-
Accounts of all committees
-
Auditors shall report all findings in writing.
-
Auditors should pay special attention to whether appropriations made in the budget have been exceeded in any instance.
Reports shall be made in July and January at the first regular meeting of the membership

SECTION 4- NOMINATING COMMITTEE (October)
Green and blue committees shall nominate candidates for their respective tickets for the election of officers in accordance with Article VIII, Section 2
​
SECTION 5
All committees after notice of their appointment shall give diligent attention to the business entrusted to them, and report to the club at the next stated membership meeting.
​
SECTION 6
Every Committee shall have the authority and power to call for such documents and other articles as it may deem necessary under the subject of the business it shall be charged with. Every member notified to appear before a committee or to produce materials for said committee shall do so until dismissed by the committee. Failure to comply with the requests of said committee shall be reported to the President.

ARTICLE X – BILLS AGAINST THE CLUB
​
SECTION 1
When bills against the club have been incurred in the purchase of supplies or in transactions of the business of the club as provided by bylaws. Each said bill shall be endorsed as approved or disapproved by the officer or chairman of the committee responsible for the creation of the bill.
SECTION 2
An expenditure of any nature when presented by the secretary, officer, or member of the club, at any regular meeting that is not within the appropriation of the budget, shall be referred to the board of trustees. The board will approve or disapprove the expenditure at the next board meeting under old business and must be approved by two thirds of the vote (66%).
SECTION 3
All bills not in compliance with Article X, Section 2, shall be referred to by the board of trustees. The board of trustees shall investigate the merit of each bill and shall by majority vote of the board of trustees approve them for payment. Said bills shall then be given to the secretary for entry into club records. The secretary shall then present said bills to the membership for their approval or disapproval.
ARTICLE XI – AMMENDMENTS

SECTION 1
Bylaws or any proposed amendments shall be presented in completion and in writing and signed by at least ten (10) members at a membership meeting. Said proposal shall be read at the following membership meeting. At the following membership meeting, and the proposed changes have been posted twice (2) times via newsletter, website, post card or bulletin board a call to vote on the changes can be held. Proposed changes shall be voted on at the third (3rd) regular membership meeting. A two-thirds vote of the members present at said third meeting shall be required for adoption. Upon adoption, proposals shall be effective immediately and be incorporated into bylaws.

ARTICLE XII- TRIAL OF MEMBERS
​
SECTION 1
The board of trustees shall assemble to deliberate the punishment of any club member as an offender for any violation of the constitution, by-laws, or rules of the club. The board shall have the right to enforce its own laws and the laws set forth in the bylaws of the club. When any charges of any nature may be called to their attention that are against the club, the accused member shall be placed on trial as guided by “Robert’s Rules of Order, legal rights of assemblies, and trial by their members”. Trials shall be conducted by the board at a special board meeting designated by either the President or Chairman of the board. A member other than the “accused” or “guilty” party can request a retrial or appeal if the request is made in person or in writing. Trials of members or officers shall be conducted by the chairman of the board.

ARTICLE XIII – MEMBERSHIP QUORUM
​
SECTION 1
To be considered a quorum, greater than 5% (rounded to the lowest number) of the total membership, in good standing, shall be in attendance to conduct a membership meeting. If the membership is full (250) it shall be at least 15 members. This number shall include officers.
SECTION 2
Seven members shall constitute a quorum for the board of trustees to hold a board meeting. Board votes may be done electronically through any means approved by the board.

ARTICLE XIV -DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS
​
SECTION 1
There will be no discharging of firearms except in areas designated by the board of trustees and approved by the membership. All members must obey this rule and are responsible for guests that they bring or invite to club grounds. Any member violating this rule will be expelled from the club membership, with no exceptions.

ARTICLE XV – CLUB HOUSE AND GROUND RULES
SECTION 1
Members must report to the groundskeeper or person on duty in the club house before using the firing range. The firing range shall be closed on any day that the club is having or hosting an outdoor social event. Members who utilize the picnic areas are responsible for the cleanliness of said areas. All members and guests shall use waste containers provided for the disposal of papers, bottles, etc. All equipment borrowed from the club house must be returned to the club house following the event in which it was borrowed for.
SECTION 2
The board of trustees shall adopt, with the approval of the membership, such rules and regulations as may deemed necessary for the orderly and safe use of the club grounds. Copies of said rules and regulations should be distributed to the membership and posted at the club house or other club facilities.
SECTION 3
House rules are to be posted and made available to any member at any time. House rules are subject to change at the discretion of the board.

SECTION 4 – GROUNDS RULES
Club grounds rules are as follows:

The campground is for members only.
-
There will be daily charge for electric usage that shall be modified as needed and posted by the board.
-
To utilize the campgrounds the proper documentation must be filled out prior to use
-
Any member with a tent, camper, trailer, or motor home on campgrounds must stay in them for at least twice a month. Staying two (2) consecutive days shall only count as one time. A stay is considered as twelve (12) consecutive hours or more. Failure to do this will result in you being asked to remove your equipment from club grounds.
-
Members are responsible for keeping the club grounds at their campsite clean and grass cut.
-
Campers must use fire rings. No fires are permitted west of the drive coming into the club, except for the shelter house. Fire in the shelter house must be in the barbeque pit.
-
Do not drive in the grass when the grass is wet. You are responsible for your own tracks made.
-
Trash must be placed in trash containers or in trash barrels and set out along the road. Trash may be put in garbage bags if the bags are placed in the dumpster.
SECTION 5 – RENTAL
The dining room may be rented to members only, unless approved by the board of trustees. See rental contract for further details.

SECTION 6 – SHELTER HOUSE
The shelter house is reserved on a first come, first serve basis. If electricity is needed at the shelter house there shall be a daily charge for the same rate as the campgrounds
​
ARTICLE XVI – TERMINATION OF THE CLUB
​
SECTION 1
At such a time as two-thirds (66%) of the membership vote to terminate the club and dissolve the corporation, the trustees shall take the necessary steps to liquidate the assets of the corporation.
SECTION 2
At such time that the assets of the club are fully liquidated, the board of trustees shall then present to the club a list of charitable organizations to be considered for distribution of the funds of the club. The membership, at a duly called meeting, shall determine how and in what proportions, to distribute the funds among the various charitable organizations. All funds shall be paid to qualified charitable organizations, and no funds shall be paid to any member under any circumstances whatsoever.

ARTICLE XVIII – OATH OF OFFICERS
Raise your right hand. I, (state full name), of my own free will and accord, and in the presence of our membership, solemnly pledge as an American to save and faithfully defend from waste, the natural resources of my country. Its soil and minerals, its forests, waters, and wildlife. Furthermore, I will uphold the rules and regulations of this state, or any other state, pertaining to our wildlife. I will maintain and support the rules and by-laws of the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club as best I can without material injury to myself or my family. So, help me God.
OBLIGATION OATH-(For new members)
I, (state your name), do hereby solemnly swear that I will live up to the constitution, by-laws, and the rules and regulations of the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club. I will always endeavor to act in a respectful manner on club grounds and will encourage all others to do so as well. If appointed to serve on any committee, I will exert myself to the best of my ability. I swear this on my honor as I believe in a God above me.
