As a member of the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club you agree to the following...

1. I alleviate the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club from any and all damages/injuries that may be incurred through any actions or activities in the clubhouse or on club grounds.

          a. This includes any guests of members, persons on the waiting list, etc.

          b. I am responsible for my own actions and the actions of any guest that I bring to the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club.

2. As a member of the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club, I will not take any civil or legal actions against the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club in pertaining to any action/event that happens on club grounds or in the clubhouse.

          a. In the event of an action in which a member or guest of the club seeks damages, or wishes to pursue a civil suit against another member, the board of trustees of the club must be informed prior to taking or engaging in any legal actions.

3. In the event that there is damage or injury that is incurred as a result of negligence or intent by another member or guest of a member, the board of trustees shall be informed immediately. A report should be written describing the event that occurred along with the desired outcome.

          a. The board of trustees shall then hold a meeting as quickly as possible to discuss the event and vote on the appropriate response/resolution.
