Club house and grounds rules

1. Bar staff are in charge of the bar areas while the bar is in operation. They have final say over operations inside the bar area. Only the bar manager can overrule one of the bar staff.

1a. Any issues with the bar staff can be brought to the attention of a board member or bar manager for consideration.

2. Anyone fighting should be asked to leave immediately and the incident should be reported to a board member.

3. Anyone causing damage to the club or club grounds should be asked to leave and a board member should be notified immediately.

4. Any complaints about a member or guest must be reported in person or in writing. Anonymous complaints will not be accepted. You can request for the issue to be handled discreetly by the board.

5. Any issues regarding the safety of a member, guest, or general public:

5a. Immediately contact the proper authorities (fire, ambulance, law enforcement). Immediately contact a board member to report the situation and the steps taken, if possible write it down.

6. All guests, members, and general public should always feel free to contact any board member with issues they are experiencing regarding the club, other members/guests. This is what the system is designed for. Allow the board to do their jobs to handle the situation appropriately before it gets out of control.

7. Committees for events are in charge of that event. If the event is inside the bar area, the bar staff retains control of the area during the event, but the committee is responsible for guests/members at the event.

8. If you use the kitchen for any reason, please clean it when you are done. At no time when the kitchen is not being used should there be any food, dirt, etc. in the kitchen area.

9. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests.

10. Any violations of these rules are subject to disciplinary action by the board up to and including expulsion from the club.

10a. Please report any violations either in person to a board member or in writing/email to a board member. Anonymous complaints will not be addressed. If you feel the need for privacy, please note that all board members should show the utmost respect to a person's privacy concerns when addressing any complaint.
